Autumn is a great season to pick pine mushrooms in Adelaide Hills.
It only took me 10mins to harvest lots of mushrooms in my front yard.
I sauted mushrooms with light seasoning and cooked with med-grain rice. I also placed some purple potatoes on top of the rice. It will be steamed and well cooked when the rice is ready. while waiting for the mushroom rice, i quickly pickled some lebanese cucumbers and white radish in Korean hot sauce.
