Titian, one of the most famous Renaissance artists, was born in Italy over 500 years ago. His paintings were so realistic that people thought they could step right into the scene. He was particularly skilled at painting hair and was even known for his use of the rare and expensive paint known as Titian Red. He was also a master of the Glazing technique, where he layered different colors to create a unique look. Titian was known for his portraits of important figures, such as kings and queens, as well as his masterpieces such as “Sacred and Profane Love” and “Bacchus and Ariadne”.
Leonardo da Vinci was a talented artist, scientist, and inventor who lived in a small town in Italy. He was always curious and loved observing and sketching nature. He drew many amazing inventions, including flying machines, tanks, and a submarine. His sense of humor is reflected in his work, such as his funny drawing of a man with a strange nose. He was left-handed and often wrote backwards, which helped him think differently and come up with new ideas. His notebooks and journals show his strong desire to learn, create, and improve.
